Hello.
I just wanted to say that I have been a huge fan of Omaha since my late teens. Well, I live in Sweden and these comics where almost impossible to find except for the 3 completed volymes translated into Swedish. I really tried to find the rest but I could only find a handfull here and there. This was long before ebay and webshops and such. So eventually I gave up and packed it all down in boxes when I needed more space and forgot about it for some years.
Then I moved out a couple of months ago and found those old boxes and boy did it bring back memories! So I started to look for the comic again on the net and to my great delight I found out that Mr. Reed was continuing the story (even though the loss of Kate Worley is a great one indeed).
Thanks to the internet (and my questionable moral) and the fact that I desperatly wanted to know what happened up until now I downloaded all the volymes from the web. And I was not disapointed. I truly love the story and the art as much now as I did all those years ago. Needless to say that I also like the sex and the open-minded moral. So with my next paychech I will order all the completed volumes out so far (I would have done that anyway even though I did download them. I still have some moral and I want to support the comic) and the rest as they come.
So with those words I wanted to show the comic, Mr. Reed, the late Kate Worley, the ones directly involved with the re-printing work and all the other fans out there my respect. It is still one of my favourite comics and that is not to say little.
Yours Truly, Johannes Genberg
(p.s. Screw the idiots! They can't keep people from appreciate the good stuff.)
